1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing terradrop.guidevault.online ("TerraDrop", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TerraDrop is a browser-based tactical geography game offering free and paid (subscription) tiers. Free users may play up to 5 games per day. Premium subscribers ("Unlimited" and "PRO") receive extended gameplay access and exclusive in-game features.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle.com Market Limited (Company No. 08320077, registered in England & Wales; 15 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1HS, United Kingdom), which acts as Merchant of Record for all TerraDrop transactions. Paddle collects payment, issues invoices, and handles VAT on our behalf. Prices shown at checkout include all applicable taxes. By subscribing you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms.
4. Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content (EU/EEA)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your subscription purchase you expressly request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has commenced. You will be asked to confirm this during checkout.
Notwithstanding the above, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your TerraDrop account settings or via Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, refunds are not issued once the subscription has been activated. Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion for documented technical failures preventing access to the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TerraDrop solely for lawful entertainment purposes. Prohibited activities include: exploiting bugs to gain unfair leaderboard advantage, automated scraping, reverse-engineering, distributing modified clients, or any use that violates third-party API terms (Google Maps, Mapillary).
7. Intellectual Property
All source code, UI design, sound effects, music, and branding of TerraDrop are owned by or licensed to TerraDrop / GuideVault. Street-level panorama imagery is served via the Mapillary API and remains the property of Mapillary and its contributors. Historical photo content is sourced from public-domain archives.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime, leaderboard persistence, or multiplayer stability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
