Welcome to TerraDrop, a tactical survival geography game. By accessing and playing our game, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TerraDrop solely for entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit, hack, or compromise the client-side game logic, local databases, or multiplayer lobby services is strictly prohibited. The only approved hacking is the use of the in-game "HACK" tactical skill which consumes agent integrity.
2. Account and Agent Call Signs
When deploying into a game zone, you are prompted to enter an Agent ID or Call Sign. You are solely responsible for keeping your Call Sign respectful and appropriate. Call signs containing offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language will be removed from the leaderboard without prior warning.
3. Intellectual Property
All source code, design elements, layouts, sound effects, custom music, and artwork utilized in TerraDrop are owned by or licensed to GuideVault. Imagery used in the street-level panoramas is served dynamically via the Mapillary API and remains the intellectual property of Mapillary and its respective contributors.
4. Limitation of Liability
TerraDrop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the uptime, connection stability, or persistence of multiplayer matches and leaderboards. Under no circumstances shall GuideVault be liable for any damage, loss of game progress, or data deletion resulting from game deployment.
5. Game Updates
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, map dataset, or tactical mechanics within the game at any time without notice. Terms of Service may be updated periodically, and your continued deployment signifies acceptance of any changes.
